With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Rolanda serves as a tireless resource of knowledge to both the Maxwell team and the customers with which she interfaces. Acting as a leader and problem solver in her role, she channels the expertise she’s gained in positions at SunTrust Mortgage, Arch MI, FirstTrust Home Loans, and more to serve as individual contributor, stakeholder, and project manager.

Over the past year, Rolanda’s dedication has been seen throughout the undertakings she’s spearheaded. Acting as the single go-to resource for developing and managing the operational process for Maxwell’s end-to-end fulfillment team, she supported more than 60 white labeled and TPO partners, oftentimes taking their calls late into the night to ensure their needs were met. Not only did she drive a positive experience for a wide breadth of clients, but Rolanda also drove an industry-leading implementation speed, averaging less than 60 days from contract to launch. Her rigor and commitment to her role and true passion for the customers and partners she serves has translated to project success and improved client satisfaction.
Rolanda’s tireless work, industry passion, and unwavering kindness also contribute deeply to Maxwell’s culture. A go-to source of knowledge within the company, Rolanda not only performs her role with exceptional dedication, but she frequently helps teammates through bottlenecks and steps outside of her position to weigh in on other initiatives.
